Responsibilities
- We are looking for an Associate Analyst to join our company.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (day/night).
- This job role is open to any fresher graduate from a recognized university.
- Interested students can join our team.
- Checking offer expiry status and updating if required.
- Checking solicitor details and updating if required.
- Reviewing emails and making changes to products.
- Verifying certificates of title and releasing funds through spreadsheets.
- Quick thinking and decision-making ability.
- Should be flexible in rotational shifts and overtime (OT).
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong interpretation and articulation skills.
- Good computer or laptop typing skills with a minimum of 45 words per minute.
- Ability to adapt and work in the current environment.
- Skills in complaint management, email support, and non-voice processes.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field / B.Tech (Freshers may apply).
- Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL.
- Knowledge of Python or R for analysis.
